Those were very interesting blogs; you are curious chemists! I'd like everyone to have an opportunity to scroll around through the blogs to read what everyone else wrote. Additionally, I'd like you to narrow your focus now, from the list of things you found interesting to ONE idea that you will pursue/write about. So, your assignment for this blog activity is:
1) Visit four other blogs of your classmates. Read their last blog - the one posted around Feb 5. Leave a comment for the writer in which you contribute a thought or two about the topics they have mentioned. Your "thoughts" should have depth and show real thinking and opinion. (You are welcome to disagree or contradict, but you must do so with politeness and intelligence.) Then, in a blog of your own, entitled "I visited these blogs", summarize some ideas that you thought were interesting about the research/thoughts being expressed by your classmates. (One paragraph) List the names of the bloggers whose blogs you visited.
2) In a second post, write a short paragraph that outlines which of the topics you posted about last time that still captures your interest. You need to pick a topic that you will be researching, so choose one of the topics. Tell why, in the paragraph, you have chosen this particular topic.
This blog assignment is to be completed by 9:00 AM EST on Feb 21.
